How to limit the mails sent from a domain per hour in cPanel

To limit the mails that could be sent from a domain in an hour, you may create a file namedmaxemails in location /var/cpanel/ and add the entry like this:

domain.com=number pairs

eg: domain.com=100

So it will allow to send 200 mails per hour for the domain domain.com.
